"Round 3.9 questions Oh say can you see...."
I don't recall this being asked before but in this 3D world, can you be completely surrounded by your opponents? Meaning, that for instance, with the first person view you would not be able to see all the monsters (save for RADAR) when in battle? If a group of monsters catches you off guard from behind (say...you were away from your computer for a bit) will the game turn you around 180 degrees to face the music? STC proclaims this to be a living, breathing 3D world but not an FPS. (Thank the Gods)

So the game MUST stop and let the monster come around in front of your party for the battle to begin. (??)

Am I making any sense??

Sense you make. We don't really know what we'll "see" in this 3D world, but I get the impression that the party members won't see each other. If that is so, then I doubt we'll see our individual positions and those of our individual opponents once we're mixing it up hand-to hand. Still, mention was made of our "rear" characters suddenly becoming the front characters if we were attacked from behind. Sounds interesting.
